Who we are
Fair Crest Group Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17184576). We provide home care services across Greater London and the South East of England. We're the data controller for any personal information you give us through this website.
If you have any questions about this policy or your data, contact our Data Lead at contact@faircrestgroup.co.uk or call 07432 104 585.
What information we collect
When you contact us via the website form: your name, phone number, email address, postcode, type of care needed, and any details you include in your message.
When you call or email us directly: we keep a record of the conversation so we can provide continuity of care.
When you apply to work with us: your CV, contact details, right-to-work documents, DBS certificate, references, and training records.
Automatically: basic technical data when you visit this site (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) via standard web server logs. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry about home care services
- To provide care services if you become a client
- To process job applications and contact you about roles
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations (HMRC, ICO, and — once registered — the Care Quality Commission)
- To improve our website and services (anonymised analytics only)
Lawful basis for processing
Under UK GDPR, our lawful bases are: consent (for marketing, if you opt in), contract (to provide care services you've asked us to provide), legal obligation (for safeguarding, HMRC, and ICO requirements), and legitimate interests (to respond to enquiries and run our business).
How long we keep your information
- Website enquiry data: up to 12 months from your last contact, then deleted (unless you become a client)
- Client care records: typically 8 years after the end of care, in line with UK social care sector best practice
- Staff records: 6 years after employment ends, as required by HMRC
- Financial records: 6 years, as required by HMRC
Who we share your information with
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing. We only share data where strictly necessary:
- Form submissions: processed by Formspree (our form-handling service, GDPR-compliant, EU/UK data centres)
- Care team: assigned carers see the information they need to provide safe care
- Regulators: the Care Quality Commission (once registered), local authority, NHS, and ICO — when legally required
- Professional advisors: our accountants, legal advisors, and insurers — under confidentiality
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of your data (where we have no legal reason to keep it)
- Object to processing or request that we restrict it
- Ask for your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time (where consent is our basis)
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk

How we protect your data
We take the security of your data seriously. Our measures include: encrypted connections (HTTPS) on all our web forms, access controls on internal systems, regular staff training on data protection, DBS-checked staff handling client data, and documented procedures for handling data subject requests.
Cookies
This site uses no marketing cookies, no third-party tracking, and no advertising pixels. We use only essential cookies that are required for the site to function (such as remembering form state during submission). We do not require a cookie banner because we do not use non-essential cookies.
