A care career that fits around your life — not the other way around.
Flexible hours, free training worth £2,000+, and real support from day one. Whether you're changing careers, returning to work, or just starting out — we'll help you build a career in care that works for you.
Pick the hours that work for you
Full-time, part-time, evenings, weekends, or school-hour shifts — we'll build a rota around your life.
£2,000+ of training, on us
Fully-funded VTCT qualifications. No student debt, no evening college — you learn on the job.
Real support, not a tickbox
A named mentor from your first shift. Regular 1:1s. Management who pick up the phone.
Clear path to progress
Carer → Senior Carer → Team Leader → Manager. Most of our managers started as carers here.
The benefits that actually matter
No gimmicks. No "unlimited PTO" that doesn't exist. Just the things carers tell us make a real difference.
Work-life balance that works
Choose your own hours. Swap shifts easily in the app. No mandatory overtime. No on-call unless you want it. Time off when you ask for it.
Real flexibility
School hours, term-time only, four-day weeks, or 9-to-5. We're one of the few agencies that actually delivers the flexibility we advertise.
Competitive pay
Enhanced rates for evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Paid mileage. Paid travel time between visits. Pension scheme. No surprises on your payslip.
Free VTCT training
Level 2 and Level 3 Diplomas in Health & Social Care, fully funded. Worth over £2,000. Earn while you learn — your wages don't stop during training.
Named mentor from day one
You're not thrown in at the deep end. You get a named mentor for your first 12 weeks, regular 1:1s, and a manager who answers the phone.
Real career progression
Carer → Senior Carer → Team Leader → Coordinator → Manager. We promote from within. Over 70% of our managers started on the frontline with us.

What our team says
What our team has to say about training and working with us.
"I'd never worked in care before. The training was brilliant — I learned on the job, got paid the whole time, and now I'm a Senior Carer two years later. They actually invest in you."
"I work school hours so I can do the school run. Most agencies said it wasn't possible — Fair Crest built my rota around my kids. That alone is why I stay."
"Started as a weekend bank carer to top up my income, ended up going full-time and loving it. My manager actually checks in — that wasn't what I expected from an agency."
Sample testimonials — we will replace these with real quotes from our team as they come in.
